📞 1. Contact the CDCP Administrator
CDCP is managed by Sun Life in partnership with the federal government. For most questions, including billing or claim denials:
- Call the CDCP support line listed on your approval letter or card
- Visit the CDCP page through your CRA My Account
🏥 2. Speak With Your Dental Provider
If the issue involves your treatment plan, charges, or missed appointments:
- Ask your clinic’s front desk or billing team for help
- Request a written breakdown of what was covered vs. denied
