Her name is Mrs. Dorothy Hamilton, and she has been with our clinic since our doors opened in 1997. Through more than two decades of cleanings, check-ups, and shared smiles, Dorothy has become far more than a patient—she’s become part of the McLevin Dental family.

Dorothy was one of the very first people to book an appointment at McLevin Dental when we opened in Scarborough nearly three decades ago. At the time, she had just retired from a long career as an elementary school teacher and was looking for a dental clinic close to home.

What began as a simple cleaning appointment turned into a lasting connection. Dorothy appreciated how our team took time to explain things clearly, treated her with patience and kindness, and remembered small details about her lifestyle and concerns. “I could tell right away that this place was different,” she said. “It felt like everyone genuinely cared.”
